Redness is one of the typical symptoms of rosacea, which is a reason to consult a dermatologist and support your skin with proper care.

The first step is to visit a dermatologist who will confirm the diagnosis and, if necessary, prescribe medical treatment. The good news is that with adequate and continuous care, you can slow the progression of rosacea.

 

How to care for skin with rosacea?

1. CLEANSING

Choose an alcohol-free product. Micellar lotion is ideal as it removes impurities and makeup in one step without excessive rubbing of the skin. Apply the lotion to a cotton pad, press it gently to the skin, wait a few seconds for the product to dissolve impurities, and then gently wipe the skin. Always wash your face with lukewarm, not hot water, and pat the skin dry with a towel instead of rubbing.
