Eight & Bob Il Giardino Dell Anima
IL GIARDINO DELL’ ANIMA
A garden floating between the sky and the sea, forever preserved in a perfume.
When Albert Fouquet discovered the Italian Riviera and the Villa Cimbrone hotel, perched atop cliffs plunging into the sea, he would spend a few weeks there every year. The villa’s garden, Giardino dell’Anima, a botanical paradise overlooking the open sea, became his place of inspiration.
One summer evening, after attending a concert in the garden featuring Wagner’s music—whose opera Parsifal was said to be inspired by that very same setting - Fouquet envisioned the fragrance “Il Giardino Dell’Anima.”
Key notes: mandarin, jasmine, pistachio.
