Eight & Bob Le Pari D'Honfleur
A bet among gentlemen is sealed in silence. And sometimes with a bottle of perfume.
Albert Fouquet, the creator of the perfumes that form the core of the Eight&Bob brand, stands in the audience at the Deauville-La Touques racetrack, captivated by the beauty and elegance of the horse races. Every year, a certain Christian from the French high society, a betting expert, is part of the group, and betting strategies are devised at his estate with a lavish garden, Honneur, not far from the racetrack. Inspired by the garden by the seaside, Albert creates a perfume that he wears every year at the races. Intrigued, Christian invited him to accept his advice on betting at the races and promised that if he wins, Albert would give him the formula for an unusual perfume in return. Christian did not win this challenge, but Albert decided to prepare a special version of his perfume for his friend instead, named Le pari d’Honneur.
Dominant notes: fig, coconut, sandalwood, and musk.
