Metropoliten does not guarantee delivery for incomplete or inaccurate orders. We guarantee a refund or exchange of the product if it is delivered in any damaged condition, as well as in the case that we have sent you a product that you did not order. Returns are accepted within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment. In the case of a return, the customer is obliged to return the shipment to the merchant at their own expense. Refunds/exchanges are processed upon receipt of the returned product and after approval of the return. In the case of returning goods and refunding the customer who has previously paid partially or in full using one of the payment cards, regardless of the reason for the return, Metropoliten is obliged to process refunds exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods. This means that the bank will carry out the refund to the cardholder's account at the seller's request.
If after receiving the package:
- You find that you have received a product by mistake from Metropoliten that you did not order.
- You find that, in addition to the product you ordered, Metropoliten has mistakenly delivered and invoiced a product that you did not order, or if you have changed your mind for any reason and wish to cancel your purchase.
You have the right to return the disputed products to Metropoliten, and we will either refund your money or exchange the product for another product, at your request.
Conditions under which returns are allowed:
- The goods you are returning must be unopened and unused.
- No more than 14 days have passed since the goods were delivered to you (including non-working days).
- You have filled out and sent us the Withdrawal Statement for distance purchases or the contract concluded outside of business premises to the email address [email protected].
- Metropoliten has confirmed the receipt of the Withdrawal Statement for distance purchases or the contract concluded outside of business premises.
- You have properly packaged the product for transport in a way that minimizes the risk of damage during transit.
- You have included all documents provided to you upon delivery (invoice, delivery note, etc.) with the product.
- Metropoliten has confirmed the receipt of the package that meets the conditions for a refund.
Within 14 days of receiving the returned item, Metropoliten will refund the paid amount to the account specified in your Withdrawal Statement for distance purchases or the contract concluded outside of business premises.
