When visiting our site for the first time, you need to register. Registration is quick and easy by clicking the "My Account" button located in the top right corner of the homepage. In the window that appears, select "New Account" and enter your email address and password. An automatic confirmation message will be sent to your email, verifying that you are registered on Metropoliten website. NOTE: After successful registration, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities carried out on your account.
Login
If you want to access your account from another computer, you will need to log in. Click the "My Account" button to open the window where you can go to "Login" and enter your email and password. After that, you can continue with your shopping.
Forgot Your Password?
If you forgot your password, click "Forgot your password?" below the login field, fill out the form for a new password, and a new one will be sent to your email.
Choosing Products
Products are organized by brands and categories. For some brands, the entire product line is displayed with a photo of one product, which serves as basic information about the product's appearance. Please note that the product photo is for informational purposes, and we cannot guarantee that it accurately represents the product you wish to order. If you have additional questions about a product, you can contact us or visit our retail location. When you find the product you want to order, click the "Add to Cart" button. This adds the product to your cart (just like in a physical store). You can continue browsing for more products and add more items to your cart. If you need a larger quantity of products or packages, we can create a custom offer based on the currently available products, according to your requests.
Cart
Once you’ve finished adding products to your cart and want to place an order, select the cart icon in the top right corner of the page or click the "View Cart" button. The Cart page will show all the products you’ve added so far. In the cart, you can specify how many of each product you want to order or remove any items if you’ve changed your mind. The cart is the first step in creating your order. When you’re satisfied with your selections, proceed to the next step by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
Entering Customer Information and Delivery Address
In this step, you need to provide your customer details if you haven’t registered before, along with the address where the package should be delivered. If you’re ordering as an individual, use the details from your ID. If you’re ordering as a business, provide the valid company information. The delivery address is where you want to receive the shipment. Please enter all details as accurately as possible to ensure that the delivery couriers can find you easily. Incorrect information may lead to your shipment being returned or delayed.
Delivery within the territory of the Republic of Serbia is handled by a courier service. Processing orders from Metropoliten online store takes 2-5 days, after which the courier service will take over the shipment. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive the relevant details via email. The delivery time depends on how long it takes for the courier service to reach the specified address. If the value of your shipment does not exceed 30,000 RSD, you’ll also be charged for transportation costs according to the current courier service rates. Metropoliten is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the shipping company.
Payment Options
You can pay in the following ways:
1. Bank Transfer (in advance) – You can make a payment at any post office or bank in Serbia. The total amount to be paid includes the value of the ordered products (excluding delivery costs). Once we receive confirmation of your payment, your order will be activated and processed further. You’ll receive a sample payment slip with the details to fill out after we confirm your order details.
2. Credit Card Payments – When entering your credit card information, your confidential data is transmitted over the public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, which are currently the most advanced cryptographic technologies. The security of your data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the entire payment process takes place on the bank's site. At no point are your credit card details accessible to our system. Accepted cards in our online store include: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Review and Confirm Your Order
Finally, before confirming your order, you can review all its details: what you ordered, customer information, delivery address, total price, etc. If you agree with the order, select the "Order" option to complete it. An overview of your order will be automatically sent to your registered email upon confirmation.
