Parfums de Marly Percival
Percival is a true masculine fragrance — fresh yet full of character, just like the man who wears it. Sensual and refined, the scent opens with an aromatic accord of bergamot, pink pepper, and mandarin, which unfolds into a heart rich with lavender, geranium, and cardamom.
The brand’s logo, featured on the bottle and cap, depicts the iconic horse sculptures commissioned by Louis XV in 1743 for his estate. The originals are still preserved in the Louvre today.
Parfums de Marly is a French perfume house founded by Julien Sprecher in 2009. Inspired by the opulence of Château de Marly—once a royal retreat where Louis XV entertained a select group of privileged guests—the brand embodies a tribute to French cultural heritage through the harmony of tradition and modernity, luxury and elegance.
The men’s fragrance bottles are embossed with a horse emblem, referencing the prestigious breed developed under Louis XV. These legendary thoroughbreds inspired the names of several of the brand’s fragrances: Godolphin, Athalia, Safanad, and Percival.
