Une Nuit Nomade Estrella De La Manana
As the mountainous coast of eastern Mexico is veiled by the warm, humid haze of late summer, there, in Veracruz, the daughter of King Tenicius III—a girl of devastating beauty nicknamed the Morning Star—runs across the meadows. Her gaze meets the eyes of a young man with antlers—the prince of all deer. One look, a few exchanged words, and love is born, while the king flies into a rage. The sky darkens. The decision is made: the souls of the Morning Star and the deer prince will be sacrificed to the wrath of the gods.
From their blood grows a small bush with branches twisted around each other like lovers in their final embrace. Starry blossoms cover the entire bush. A few days later, new shoots sprout all around, along with dark, fragrant pods. The scent of black vanilla drifts on the wind, whispering the story of the lost lovers.
Estrella de la Mañana is the scent of vanilla sticks, cut and burned in fire. The aroma of smoke and dark cocoa powder blends with the soft scent of vanilla.
Notes: birch, vanilla, cocoa, benzoin resin
