Key responsibilities include:
Sales & Commercial Strategy
- Strategic planning of sales policies and implementation of effective annual operational marketing plans
- Applying and leading the commercial business strategy in order to achieve sell-in and sell-out targets
- Developing and overseeing annual, monthly, and weekly activity plans for retail operations
- Analyzing market potential and proposing strategies for improving sales performance
- Monitoring and evaluating sales results to refine business strategies
Financial Planning & Budget Management
- Managing budgets and participating in budget planning
- Making decisions regarding branding costs and analyzing consumer spending trends
- Controlling and optimizing expenses to maximize profitability
Operational Management & Brand Strategy
- Monitoring market trends and analyzing competition
- Tracking and analyzing brand performance metrics to optimize strategies
- Developing customized marketing and advertising strategies
- Organizing and leading meetings with clients and business partners
- Ensuring brand consistency across social media and other communication channels
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or higher;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales environment;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- Proficient computer literacy (MS Office), including advanced knowledge of Excel for utilizing tables, charts, and analyses;
- Strong planning and organizational skills;
- High level of analytical skills and the ability to make independent decisions;
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
- Attention to detail.
